The Al Rajhi Bank is a Saudi Arabian bank and the world’s largest Islamic bank by capital. The bank is a major investor in Saudi Arabia’s business and is one of the largest joint stock companies in the Kingdom.
The Arabic International Bank had challenges in customer experience due to its outdated design, lack of app and responsive website. This led to difficult navigation, high customer service costs, and poor integration with other services.
As a Product Designer for the B2C platform, I was responsible for maintaining the platform’s user experience by creating and updating user flows, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. I also contributed to the Design System by incorporating components, and collaborated regularly with the design team, development team, and stakeholders.
